Perfectly Romantic/Feminine

The cream floral has a lot of yellow flowers on it that aren’t captured quite well in the photos. But the top is perfectly feminine, flirty, and romantic with the ruffled shoulders and peplum hem. If you’re a peplum lover you’ll love this top.
