High quality top

This top is so cute and the material feels sturdy, almost like a corset. I think it would stay in place and lay flat. I’m a little concerned about the puffy sleeves, they appear very wrinkly and I think they will be difficult to steam. They look terrible upon taking out of the packaging. Hoping I can fox this because the top fits so well.
