How to return your order

  4. Please bring items with the original plastic bag(s) to ensure a Happy Returns associate can scan each item being returned.
  5. Show your QR code to have your refund initiated within 24 hours.
  6. If you do not have a Happy Return bar location near you, please email customercare@astrthelabel.com
  7. Non-eligible items will not be accepted at Happy Return bar locations.

(US returns only) There is a $5 fee on all returns. If you send items back within 14 days of their delivery date, we'll refund to your original payment method. Items sent back between 15 and 30 days of the delivery date will be issued store credit. Please note, we cannot accept returns on items over 30 days from their delivery date. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN WINDOW?

If items are sent back within 14 days of their delivery date a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Items sent back between 15 and 30 days of the delivery date will be issued store credit.

If the return is postmarked after 30 days of the order delivery date we will not be able to accept the return. Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

What is your modified return policy?

ASTR the Label is implementing a modified return policy on accounts that exceed our return threshold. If in the last 12 months a return rate has exceeded 80%, accounts will be subject to return restrictions.

If placed under our modified return policy, future returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This means that upon receiving your return, you will be refunded 85% of the total item value. Additionally, all access to our online returns portal will be removed and you will have to contact customercare@astrthelabel.com to make any returns in the future. Please reach out to our customer care department for any further questions.

WHAT CONDITION DOES THE RETURN ITEM NEED TO BE?

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant or perfume rubbing off on the garment.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS USUALLY TAKE?

Refunds will be initiated upon the scan of a Happy Returns QR code at a returns bar. After the QR code is scanned Happy Returns will email a refund confirmation. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account. Times may vary depending on your financial institution.

*Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage garment and email customer service immediately at customercare@astrthelabel.com.

Can I receive a partial refund on orders placed through Instagram Shop?
Unfortunately, our e-commerce platform does not support partial discounts or refunds for orders placed on the ASTR the Label Instagram Shop. If you anticipate that you will require a partial discount or refund, we encourage you to place your order on our website.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.


All international orders are final sale with the only exception of receiving a damaged order. If your order is damaged, please provide images and send an email to customercare@astrthelabel.com with the subject line: International Order.
