ASTR SOCIAL CLUB is an exclusive loyalty program for our account holders. You will be awarded points that can be redeemable on your future purchases.
Once you create an account with us, you'll automatically become a Social Club member and you'll be eligible to receive benefits and perks.
During checkout, you can view how many points/dollars are available for you to spend on your purchase. Just use the slider to indicate how much you would like to add to your purchase.
Points will take 28 days to post to your account after each purchase.
Your points/rewards will never expire and you can access them by logging into your account.
If you're signed up to an account, you will start at the Silver Tier for free. Depending on how much you spend starting May 2021, you'd then qualify to enter the next tier. To reach the Gold Tier, a spend of $300 dollars or more in the last 12 months is required. To reach the Platinum Tier, a spend of $600 dollars or more in the last 12 months is required.
All the points from returned items will be deducted from any pending points waiting to be posted to your account.
Due to the way our system operates, a partial refund of your rewards points cannot be posted automatically back to your account. In this case, we ask that you reach out to customer service to manually add the points back into your account.
If you return an item that was purchased with rewards, the reward amount will be posted back to your Social Club account to use towards your next purchase. Any dollar amount of your returned item that was NOT covered by rewards will be returned to you in the original form of payment.
No, all points/rewards earned to the assigned account can not be transferred. Your Social Club account is assigned to your personal ASTR account. Points earned on multiple accounts can not be combined.
