Enola Satin Smocked Midi Dress

I really loved the color of this dress and the length. However, there is a lot of excess fabric on the sides of the chest area that is not flattering. You can kind of see it in the model images (particularly on the Mint color). I got a small and an extra small, and had this problem with both sizes. I am a size 32C for reference.

The quality is okay however there are loose threads and, on one of the sizes I tried on, the zipper created an odd bump on the side.

I will be returning both sizes and disappointed that there is a $5.00 fee to return, which was not clearly expressed on the website before. I will not purchase directly from ASTR again but would consider buying from another retailer with a better return policy, as they do have some great styles.

The bodice of the dress and the straps are not sturdy so the fit is loose and a little hard to manage when moving. The straps slipped off the shoulders and the bodice itself was ungainly. The shape of the skirt was ok, but does not flatter a small waist/curvy hips ratio very well. I great dress for someone with a straight frame and comfortable with the loose elastic parts.
